We are an introducer, not a lender
Established Finance is a trading name of Muswell Rose Consulting Ltd. We are not a lender, and Established Finance is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Where we introduce you to a funding partner, the funding partner is responsible for the facility, its terms and any regulatory permissions that apply to it.
Who is behind the site
Adam Parker is the founder of Muswell Rose Consulting Ltd, which trades as Established Finance. He has worked in mortgages, commercial finance and fintech lending since 2010, including Commercial Director at SME Loans and Managing Director of Penny, an invoice finance business. Every specific figure is meant to trace to a real, checkable primary source, not a secondary blog restating someone else's number.
